These Terms govern your use of the AI Outreach Writing Assistant browser extension and related backend service ("the Service"), operated as an individual seller.
The Service is a browser extension that rewrites text you select on any webpage into a professional outreach, follow-up, or sales message via a third-party AI model. Rewritten text is provided as-is; you are responsible for reviewing it before sending it to anyone.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through our payment provider, Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Paddle handles payment collection, applicable sales tax/VAT, and invoicing. Prices and plan limits (monthly rewrite caps) are shown at checkout and may change with notice.
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, infringing, or deceptive (including impersonation or fraudulent solicitation), and not to attempt to circumvent usage limits or resell access to the Service without authorization.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of generated content.
