This notice explains what data the AI Outreach Writing Assistant extension and backend service collect and why.

What we collect

• Device identifier: a random ID generated by the extension (not tied to your name or account) used to track your monthly usage against your plan's limit.
• Text you select for rewriting: the text you highlight and choose to rewrite, sent to our backend and then to Google's Gemini API solely to generate the rewritten version. This content is not used to train any model.
• Optional recipient context: if you fill in the "Recipient context" field, it's stored with your account and sent along with future rewrites until you change or clear it.
• Saved style examples: if you click "Save style" on a rewrite, that text is stored (up to 5 most recent per preset) and used as phrasing reference for your future rewrites of the same type. You can't currently delete individual saved examples yourself — contact us below to have them cleared.
• Billing information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details (card number, billing address, email) are collected and processed entirely by our payment provider, Paddle.com. We only receive your Paddle customer ID and subscription status — we never see or store your card details.

What we don't collect

We do not collect your browsing history, page content beyond what you actively select and choose to rewrite, or any personal information beyond what's described above. The extension can see pages you visit (needed to insert the rewritten text back into the page), but nothing is transmitted anywhere unless you explicitly trigger a rewrite.

Third parties

We share data with: Google (to generate rewritten text via the Gemini API), Paddle.com (to process payments and calculate tax), and Railway (our hosting provider, which stores the data described above).

Your choices

You can stop use at any time by removing the extension. To request deletion of data tied to your device ID or Paddle customer ID, contact us below.
